Cu o saptamana inainte de a afla prima legenda din cele 7 propuse a fi dezvaluite de catre prietenii de la RYMA, DonisArt are placerea de a anunta primele 2 trupe participante la Dark Bombastic Evening 3, eveniment ce va fi gazduit de Cetatea Alba Iulia!
In seara de 19 august, dedicata sonoritatilor Metal Avangardiste, trupa franceza ALCEST va reveni in Romania, dupa un concert de vis sustinut anul trecut in luna martie, in cadrul Elite Dark Metal Evening II. A fost o Seara Speciala plina de emotie pentru liderul trupei, Neige, dar si pentru restul membrilor, deoarece la Bucuresti ALCEST au urcat pe scena, in mod oficial, pentru prima data. Sute de fani de pretutindeni au tinut sa-i ovationeze in The Silver Church Club pe cei patru francezi, concertul lor fiind urmarit si online in toata lumea! Trupetii s-au simtit fantastic, reprezentatia acestora a surprins pe toata lumea iar muzica lor a deschis in acea seara cai de acces si comunicare incontestabile spre Shoegaze Black Metal! ALCEST este acum un nume recunoscut in aparitiile live, francezii sustinand in 2010 un mare turneu european si un altul nord-american, plus faptul ca sunt invitati la cele mai importante festivaluri de gen de pretutindeni! Cu un nou bassist, trupetii ALCEST vor veni la Alba Iulia sa ne incante cu melanjul lor de piese melancolice, pline de rafinament si emotie, dar si explozive, dozate cu agresivitate calculata. Vor fi atat secvente consacrate in Underground cat si acorduri noi, ce urmeaza a fi incluse pe noul album, care va aparea spre finele acestui an! Muzicienii vin exclusiv pentru DBE 3 si vor sta impreuna cu prietenii/fanii pe toata durata evenimentului!

In seara de 20 august, destinata fazelor Experimentale, participantii vor avea oportunitatea de a vedea pe scena revelatia primei editii DBE, superbul concept muzical creat de Jerome Reuter, un talentat muzician luxemburghez cu o voce fabuloasa! Melodramatic, Experimental, Industrial, Neofolk, Ambiental, Martial, Chansoin Noir ar putea fi doar cateva repere intre care se incadreaza muzica ROME! Reprezentatia din decembrie 2009, de la Bucuresti, a fost si ultima a lui Jerome, acesta anuntand la inceputul lui 2010 ca ia o pauza pe durata nelimitata! Dar a confirmat ca va aparea, totusi, in primavara al 5-lea album din cariera, “Nos Chants Perdus”, un material care a confuzat pe unii dar si care i-a fascinat pe altii, adepti ale altor stiluri muzicale. ROME nu a comunicat mai deloc cu presa sau cu fanii in ultimul an… a preferat sa se retraga din lumina reflectoarelor, anulandu-si instantaneu al doilea turneu american dar si multe alte concerte anuntate in intreaga Europa.
Dupa un an de pauza, Jerome anunta ca va reveni pe scena iar la Alba Iulia ne va incanta cu un spectacol complet schimbat ca structura, abordare, exprimare: sunet organic, cu instrumente live, experimental, alaturi de 4 muzicieni talentati si, nu in ultimul rand, cu dorinta declarata de a se reintalni si a povesti cu fanii ROME.

A week before finding out the first legend of the seven proposed to be disclosed by the friends from RYMA, DonisArt is pleased to announce the first two bands participating in the Dark Bombastic Evening 3, event hosted by the Citadel of Alba Iulia!
On the evening of August 19th, dedicated to Avantgardist Metal sounds, the French band ALCEST will return to Romania after a dreamy concert held last year in March, within the Elite Dark Metal Evening II. It was a Special Evening rich in emotions for band leader Neige, but for the rest of the members as well, since ALCEST stepped on the Bucharest stage officially for the first ever live performance ever. Hundreds of fans from everywhere wanted to cheer the four French in The Silver Church Club, the concert being watched online worldwide! The band felt fantastic, their representation surprised everyone and their music opened that evening ways of access and compelling communications to Shoegaze Black Metal! ALCEST is now a highly claimed name in live performances, the French supporting in 2010 a great European tour and another North American one, in addition to being invited to the most important festivals everywhere! With a new bassist, ALCEST band members are coming to Alba Iulia to enchant us with their mixture of melancholic songs, full of sophistication and excitement, but also explosive, dosed with a calculated aggression.
There will be scenes enshrined in the Underground but also new chords, to be included on the new album, which will appear at the end of this year! The musicians are coming exclusively for DBE 3 and will stay with friends / fans throughout the event!

On the evening of August 20th, intended for Experimental phases, the participants will have the opportunity to see on stage the revelation of the first DBE edition, the superb musical concept created by Jerome Reuter, a talented musician from Luxembourg with a fabulous voice! Melodramatic, Experimental, Industrial, NeoFolk, Ambient, Martial, Chansoin Noir could be a few music cues which would fit ROME music! The performance in December 2009 in Bucharest was Jerome’s last one, in early 2010 announcing to take a break for an unlimited period of time! But he confirmed he would arise, however, in the spring of 5th album, “Nos Chants Perdus”, a material that has confused some but that has fascinated others, followers of other musical styles.
ROMEdidn’t really communicate with the media or the fans last year… he preferred to take a step back from the spotlight, canceling the announced second U.S. tour and many other concerts throughout Europe.
After a yearlong break, Jerome said he would return and in Alba Iulia he will delight us with a show changed completely, changed that are concerning the structure, approach and expression: organic sound with live instruments, experimental, with four talented musicians, and not in the least, with the declared desire to reunite and chat with the fans of ROME.
